Stamping with Sian

  This new kit for February is simply gorgeous.  It's elegant with a touch of class.  You can follow the instructions that come in the box or you can go totally rogue. I love a freebie and when it's a gorgeous stamp set it's just a winner, winner chicken dinner! The Softly Sophisticated is with the Sale-a-bration (finishing at the end of February), it's delicate and versatile.  The card base is Highland Heather.  To make this card I stamped the leaves along the left side, working up the card. I used Old Olive (my favourite green), and then stamped the flowers with Highland Heather (my favourite purple).  I embossed the card with the Basic 3D embossing folders. I stamped the flower again on Basic White card and used the Nested Essentials dies. The sentiment is from the Go To Greetings. I finished the card with Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Inside the card I stamped the flower and used Charming Sentiments.  This is another version of the card. I used Sweet Sorbet, the inside greeting is from Timeless Arrangements and I used 2022-2024 in color pearls. For products that I have used ...

I'm using Flight & Airy 12" designer series paper which is free when you spend over 60€ when Sale-a-bration starts on 4th January 2024. I love this time of year with Stampin' Up! because I can get wonderful freebies.  It's also handy if I have Christmas money! The base card is Fresh Freeshia. I folded an A4 in half and then cut at just under 15cm to make a square card.  I cut about 3cm from the front of the card, so the inside can be seen (just a little different from a standard square card). I then selected my main image from the papers and used the Deckled Circle Dies.  The papers are double sided, so I just used the reverse on the inside to show when the card is closed.  The stamps are from Seasonal Branches and I used Happy Labels puck a punch to give the sentiment a little more definition.  I finished the card with some jute trim and dots.   Details of the items used check  here Deckled circle dies 162286 2023-2025 in color jute trim 161637 20...
